TIER 1
MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS
Tier one workers are either new employees who have shown they have potential or have been with the temp agency for some time and are still under supervision. These workers may be an excellent new worker, or a worker who has been with us, but that performs very averagely.
TIER 2
RELEVENT /
SEMI-EXPERIENCE
Tier two workers are those that have proven themselves to consistently keep busy, are always responsible and on the move for the next task. Little supervision is required for these employees as they are well versed in how to complete numerous tasks.
TIER 3
HIGHLY EXPERIENCED
Tier three workers are the veteran employees. These workers know the ins and outs of the field and have developed trade secrets. These workers are those that invent crafty solutions to many problems on the field first-hand. They will never stop working because of an issue- since they will always have a solution for a task at hand. Their advice is one to be heard and work ethic to be admired.

Our main clients are other installers who need to scale up their install crews in larger projects.
Often times, our client will love a set of workers so much that they remain working with one client the whole year! In these cases we work directly with the client to coordinate this team of employees to stay consistent with said client.
